When a shingle blows off in a storm or a slow leak finally shows up on your ceiling, you need a crew that answers the phone and shows up โ not a call center that puts you on hold. Big Toms Roofing sends licensed, local Glencoe roofers to your door, usually the same day you call.
Big Toms Roofing isn't a national call center that dispatches whoever's cheapest that week. We're a licensed roofing operation built around Glencoe and the surrounding Glencoe, MN communities, with crews who know the local building codes, the weather patterns, and the housing stock inside and out.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our Glencoe crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail โ licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.
High winds, hail, and fallen limbs don't schedule appointments, and neither should your repair. Our Glencoe emergency crews arrive with tarps, decking material, and fasteners to stop active leaks the same day you call, then follow up with a full repair plan once the storm passes.
A Skylight Repair replacement is one of the biggest investments a Glencoe homeowner makes in their property, and we treat it that way โ daily site cleanup, magnetic nail sweeps, and a final walkthrough with the crew lead before we consider the job done.
We work directly with property management companies and HOAs across Glencoe to keep flat and low-slope roofs maintained on a predictable schedule, instead of waiting for emergency calls that disrupt business.
Buying or selling a home in Glencoe? A pre-purchase roof inspection gives you real leverage in negotiations and peace of mind about what you're actually buying โ no guessing about remaining roof life.
Poor attic ventilation cooks shingles from underneath and can void manufacturer warranties. Our Glencoe crews balance intake and exhaust ventilation to extend the life of your Skylight Repair system and lower attic temperatures in summer.
Every one of these commitments exists because a Glencoe homeowner asked for it, complained about a competitor's lack of it, or we learned it the hard way.
Every estimate is itemized and handed to you before we touch the roof โ no verbal quotes that change once the ladder comes down.
Local dispatch means less time waiting and more time getting your roof actually fixed.
Our installers hold current manufacturer certifications, which means your warranty stays intact and the work meets code.
Every completed job comes with a written workmanship warranty separate from the manufacturer's material warranty.
We document damage the way adjusters expect to see it, which shortens the back-and-forth on storm claims.
We treat your yard and driveway like we'd want ours treated โ swept, protected, and cleared before we leave each day.
We don't cherry-pick these โ they're representative of the calls, texts, and reviews we get after most Skylight Repair jobs in Glencoe.
